In recent years, many councils have experienced significant fixed & wireless telecommunication infrastructure growth.

Estimates are that there will be 1000-2000 new mobile sites constructed year after year in the immediate future.

​

In partner with Bounce Consulting, we will develop a Mobile Tower Master Plan (the “Master Plan”) to analyse current demand for wireless telecommunications services within the local government area (LGA), and to establish guidelines for growth as it impacts the LGA and its residents.

These services include:

• An inventory of existing antenna-supporting structures including mobile towers and buildings upon which wireless antennas are currently mounted.

• Analysis of reasonably anticipated wireless facility growth over the next ten years.

• Engineering analysis of potential coverage based on Council-regulated height restrictions and other locations and design criteria.

• Recommendations for managing the development of wireless structures for the next ten years.

• Evaluation of the mobile site lease purchase offer(s)

• Evaluation of Future Income Potential of its mobile Site leases.
